You have to have a credit card/ bank account on file to sell anything on ebay. If that's what your asking, I don't know the policy on pre-paid credit cards, but I'm sure they will let you use it.. read the rules and regulations..

 

Open a bank account, If your 15 have your parents help you. The bank/ ATMcard acts just like a credit card in most cases.
