Our base puts up a display a few times a year right before holidays and stuff like that to remind people what can happen when you drink and drive. Most are from actual accidents that have occured with airmen being drunk. Thought it would be a good post here.

I dont think this actually happened because the front end of the bike is in way to good of shape but its a pretty good fit. lol

and the one in the background says "Welcome to Barksdale AFB" Which is silly because thats the lane to leave the base. But then it also has news and stuff it shows.

 

Should have asked to take the bike for a joy ride for shats and giggles

 

Haha if you look closely at the second pic youll see the bike has no motor in it or anything. They take all that stuff out.


My wife just brought me dinner and the first thing she said is "Could they have set a more horrid scene by the front gate?" Poor thing. She hates seeing that kind of stuff.

If they did that here in Indy the bike would be stolen overnight, lmao.

 

I saw a small VW hatchback last... Saturday night I believe it was with 4 or 5 guys inside (in party mode. Loud music, yelling etc.)..

The driver was driving like a complete retard. I stopped at the light to take a left. He went straight and right when he passed the intersection I saw him take a sip of what was clearly a bottle of hard liquor.... I remembered his license plate number and called the police 5 minutes later. I hope they found his stupid *** and arrested him.

I've also recently had two situations in which the driver infront of me clearly had something in his system. Weird swerving, late braking and the works. I passed them both (separate occasions) when it was safe to do so and seeing that the driver was completely stoned out of his mind with blood shot eyes, looking like ****. Not the mention the stench coming from the car.

Wow, just wow!

(PS: The drunk driver was on a Saturday night around 11. Both stoned guys was around 5/6pm during the week!)
