Default Dont use opp!!!!

OPP sold me a fiber fairing kit, i got it later than we disscussed (by a week ) then when i fitted them, they didnt even come CLOSE!!! have pics to back it up. then i asked for a refund, but they said no, so then i filed a claim through my CC company. i ended up having to send the fairings back, which i had money credited to me from my bank. now almost three months later i find out that they are not going to give me my credit and im no out the fairings and the money...

OPP stole $838 from me!!!!!!

I have a feeling that Naughty By Nature would not be down with OPP in this situation....

oh yeah ill be still hacking at it, my bank opens monday and ill be RAPING their ears, cause they are the ones that made me send the fairings back! then BBB file only has one complaint on them, but soon to have three (another member on RR.net sent me the link to their file, cause he was in the process of getting one in)

thanks guys,

but this is more of a notification to CONSIDER before buying...most there business is done as a supplier so i assume that all the product with other peoples names on it will be fine, but the stuff that claims to be OPP....watch out!!! it was a cheap eastern pile of crap!

+1, steve.
If that fairing kit got sent back, they have to do something. They can't keep your money and the kit. It's theft.

I was reading over their return policy on their website (didn't know who they were), and I think it's pretty chitty. It's one of those "must have an RMA, must be within 7 days, 15% restocking fee, not responsible for shipping damages... blah blah blah" type of deals.
I frickin' hate that.
browning, did they refuse your return of the kit? Did you get an RMA?
*edit.... I see you sent it back...

Like steve said, keep hammering on them.
Whatever you do, don't just lay down on it.

yeah couldnt return it cause it was past 7 days, so i filed with my CC company that made me send it back (which they gave me money...so i was okay sending it back. i was only out the shipping at this time which i was fine with). then 3 months later they said my claim was rejected and took the money back (i was SHOCKED 3 months later when i found my account was empty). so now i have to wait to talk to wellsfargo tomorrow and tell them they just commited mail fraud and im ready to look into legal action...

also for $200 extra for the headlight cut out i would have expected a bit more... but honetly if this was the worst thing i could live with it (but its just another thing on the list)
