I was nearly rear-ended two days ago, sitting at a stop light, turn on green arrow only intersection.

If I had not been watcing my mirrors, had the bike already in gear, and decided that the guy coming towards me was going way...way too fast towards my *** end and noticing that he was driving a cutlass of some kind...typical sedan.

I jumped my bike out of the way...literally...both wheels came off the ground, as mister scooch down gangsta style slammed his brakes on at the last second.

I guess my pipe drowned ou the weed pipe he'd probably been sucking on...minutes earleier.

I gunned it across the intersection...pulled to the side...let him pass...and then jumped right on his ***, full roar of throat, hands waving madman like between shifts.

I wanted to scare him...and I did.

Moral?

Stop riding in the car like you deal so much dope you have enemies anywhere.

Most of you don't...and those gangsta movies on BET are MOVIES....not a guide to real life...get it..****head.

Stop smoking dope.

Don't forget, one day, you will pick a guy who might, that day decide to throw his life away.

And may just throw it away on you.

Pure clutch pop, alot of throttle, and just using your adreneline to get the f**k out of the way of death...driven by simpletons.

Only way I can describe it.

Your feet stay on the ground...unlike the old BMX style type.

For those who haven't experience this road, its nothing but turns like this.
lol I think I actually went around that one yesterday ...but maybe not they all do look the same!

Yes the road is a beautiful road for a bike! Just have to watch the wildlife and mountain terrain like fuze said. We are pretty fortunate around here with turns like these.Fuze have you been down Tuggles Gap by chance? Those turns are pretty crazy, I practice out there pretty much on a daily basis. ..Thanks for the advice everyone!

i live in southern maryland, wouldnt mind meeting up w/ some of you "local" guys to ride the road mentioned in this thread! looks pretty fun!

i bought my 1st bike in april and so far i've got 10K miles under my belt of seat time. i made my g/f wait until i had atleast done 3K miles before i'd take her for rides.........not to mention made her purchase leather jacket, leather gloves, riding pants (reinforced denim), over the ankle boots, and a helmet.
