Take a plastic bag with you, Dress the deer and cut the meat off of it where you hunt, throw it in a plastic bag, put it in a back pack and drive it home. Although i don't know the laws of riding a motorcycle with a gun strapped to your back I suppose if you have a pistol thats suitable to hunt with(.357, 44 mag, etc..) you could put that in the back pack.

 

Next time you make ramen noodles (not the instant kind), throw an egg in there and mix it up. After the egg whites have visibly turned white throw a slice of American cheese in there. It sounds funny, but you get some extra protein and my oh my is it delicious.
