Default Going back off to college.....

hey guys..im goin back off to school and im taking my bike with me cuz i dont think i can bare to be without it..lol...I live in a dorm so its kind of an akward situation Im in..im about a mile maybe away from the parking deck Im going to put it in...i think I found a good place to park it..it will be on the first floor parked right next to a camera (so of course it is well lit)...I was plannig on getting a Bully 30mm cable lock for it as well as a 10mm OnGuard disk lock..I plan on covering it up too while its parked..I understand if a thief is going to steal it there is not much I can do to stop him...I cant spend a fortune on a security system..I just want to try and deter as much as possible..parked on the 1st floor right next to a camera with a couple locks attached and cover - more than likely i dont think it will get messed with...just wanted to hear what some of you guys think about the idea...

ive got a gorilla alarm system on my bike. if a thief sees a binking red light. he wont touch it. all my vehicles have alarms. not one has been messed with so far. but truth be told if he wants it bad enough he will take it. but if the object he wants takes too long to get he will ditch it and probably vandalize the object/property while hes at it.

20 bucks isn't bad, might have to invest in one.

yea it was some cheap alarm
i only wired up the lights and battery leads, and its motion sensor'd.

even a nudge sets it off... hell i can set it off with my fingers.

the only downside is even rain sets it off

Can you adjust the sensitivity of the alarm or is it just a base one?
