I'll agree that iPhones are very nice and intuitive to use and just flat out work. However, I like to customize my phone as much as possible so I've stayed with Android. I'm currently rocking the 1st gen Moto Droid and am looking at picking up the Bionic around the holidays.
Personally I would go Bionic or wait and see what new 1.5GHz phones are going to drop soon.

I might wait for the HTC Vigor to come out. I hear its supposed to be released in October and I'll probably go with one of those.

WHY have you done this to me. I just spent 25 minutes trying to find a Superman Droid Bionic case.... to no avail.
