Was wondering if it would be posible to add a shoutbox/chat room to
the Forums section of the Site (for members only)...they have this on
another forum i belong too and i think its great!
Heres a pic of me logged in so you get the idea of what i mean....

No, not a good idea. With this type of thing, it gets taken over by non bike people & kids. they will join just to utilise the space and fill it up with absolute crap ("How R U 2 day?"- "ok"- "U??"-"ok-"U"-"ok"wot RU Doin"-"Nuthin"-"U"-"Nuthin" (nudge-nudge-hit with a dead fish- nudge) Eric the boring has just joined the forum-Eric the boring has just left the Forum-There are 20000 users online who don't have bikes, 19999 who are to young or nerdy to have one & 1 user who once who once rode pillion on a moped............................................. ..............
Don't believe me? then go to a site that has one and see wot I mean

This is a bad idea. Like it was stated before non bikers will come in and just flood the area. **** that. If you want something like that then use AIM, Yahoo, or MSN.

a shoutbox is a chatroom built into the site for members to chat in real time, like AIM
