A girl who works the night shift and is on my crew was involved in a car accident on friday night while she was going home. She was emergency flown to Peoria and the doctors dont think she is going to make it. She has come out of surgery and the doctors are waiting for the swelling on her brain to slow down before they say anything for sure. She is stable right now so only time will tell. Those of you who feel called, please pray for Kassi, her family, and her boyfriend Kody, whom we also work with, we all need a miracle.

 

Let's hope she makes it ok and with a full recovery.
Sounds like a pretty bad accident. Was she wearing a seatbelt at least? Wonder what she hit to cause the head injury?

 

I have no idea what exactly happend, but from what I hear she is going to make it, but I dont know how accurate anything I'm hearing could be.

Update:
The doctors still arent too sure about how she's going to do. They think that if she doesnt make any progress this week she wont make any at all.
