another question non beer related....

some veteran members bitch and moan when new threads are started about previous topics that have been discussed, and then those same members bitch when an old thread gets dug out of the archive....so which is preferred?????????????

I think diggin up old is better cause theres views that will not be seen otherwise. Kinda funny seeing old siggys and avatars that are rare cause the members dont come around anymore.

I am going to have to try that, it looks like it might be really good..

The search function doesnt work for me all the time, Sometimes its pretty hard to find a post about something, considering you dont know what the title of it was or anything if your questioning if its been up before or not. Call me stupid for not being an expert at the search but i dont care, it can get frustrating

Just got home from a friend's place. He decided that I could use a 3L magnum of Heineken. The nut brown's there for a size reference.

If I'm reading the date code right, It's from '02. But, it was free, and it's always been stored in a cellar, so you can bet your *** that I'm going to crack it open by the end of the year.
I might drink this tonight. LOL-I just did the math. It's about 100 fl oz. That's about 8 regular 12 oz bottles/cans! Sweet baby jesus! That would make from an interesting night. I might have to drink from it at my wife's birthday party on the 27th.

Hey, you like what you like. The only thing about PBR is that you need to drink it super cold. If not, it reveals some funky flavors. I often buy it by the case (30) for $15. So 50 cents a beer...

And for me, there's nostalgia tying together canned beer and grilling. It just fits.

Do me a favor and try Dogfish Head Punkin' Ale first.

FTR, I like when people start new threads (jsut so it's not hard to find) and when they revive old ones. Either way works for me.
