Default RE: Audio Systems?

Mine consists of 2 12" Adire Audio Brahmas in a ported box I built poweredby two Arc Audio Cxl 2500s. Highs are two sets of Adire Audio Koda 6.1s ran with an Arc Audio Cxl 4150. Alpine 9815 HU, Yellow top battery, high output alternator, 0/1 gauge power wire, dynamat extreme all around. It's a great hobby, along with home audio, it's never ending...

Here are some pics if anyone wants to see:

Systems in the rides are just a way of life. You have to have them in my opinion. Never owned a vehicle that I did not add mid's, tweets and subs too.
Work van has touch screen with alpine mid's/tweets with 12" sub. Hits harder than most high school kid's rides. Its the funniest thing pulling up next to some kid's with the van bumpin. Windows are tinted and its funny watching people looking around trying to figure out where the sound is coming from. I find people singing to my music allot.

Bimmer has Pioneer head unit pushing 2 Alpine type X subs through a Zapco 1000 watt amp. Kept the stock mids and tweets because they sound pretty good for now. Waiting to pop a few of them before justifying the cost for new ones.

Best sounding car with a system ever is the old school vw bug!!!!! Has a perfect box in a box effect.

I used to have:

2 12" phoenix gold tantrums
Single 500w rockford fasgate amp
Pioneer DEH-8500 (or something liek that, it's been awhile lol)
Some cheap rockford fosgate component sets
Removed rear 6x9's
A ****load of sound deadening, lined the trunk, roof, bumper, and license plate.

It wasn't much, but it hit 137db (test with the stock headunit) and sounded really clean. Couldn't even tell I had subs on the outside even with the system turned all the way up, and the trunk virtually didn't vibrate. This was all in my 03 corolla. I've since installed the stock headunit and some JL Audio component sets and 6x9's, and the tweaters are now blown cuz i listen to it too loud lol.
