Apple store .......SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!! they gave her nothin but sh*t told her she had to make an appt at the geniuise bar, what ever that is when she got home she called Apple the guy tryed to fix it over the phone, no go, so he told her he would send her a return box, when they get the old one he'll send her a new one including her name ingraved on it ......................... we'll see how the new one fairs

WOW... dead out of the box shouldn't be this much trouble.

When Dell replaced my DJ's, they sent the new one and we returned the old one in the same box. No time spent without the unit so that if it worked at all, you could keep using it.

YOU GOT A DEFECTIVE UNIT! JUST TAKE IT BACK TO WHEREVER YOU BOUGHT IT AND EXCHANGE IT! YOU HAVE A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY. USE IT!

Bought it online , never left the house. As far as a defective unit well.... "NO SH*T"..... I tryed all the avenues available tous before we sent it back, I live in an area thats an 1 hour to 11/2 hours from modern civilization+ the holidays make it hard to get anything done store wise or mail so I hope a new one does the trick and again I thank all of you that tryed to help with the problem [&:]
