It is pretty much under control now. We have the insurance involved and their lawyer is telling us that he had pre-existing medical conditions that he is trying to pin on her. Thanks for all the great advice some came in handy. We can let it die, Geico IS going to step in for her which is a huge relief.

The cause for this panic on our end was because the certified letters never made it to us. My girlfriends parents are drunks and just "fogot" to give her the mail..... believe me i was fuming at their irresponsibilty.

I'm curious. exactly what type of disability and deformity was hypotheticallycreated as a result of this accident?

People are freckin' stupid.
