i've gotta tell ya that it's not easy. i'm in the middle of divorce myself, with 3 kids, yeah 3. it's weird cause her and i split about 5 years ago for a year, i felt alot of guilt for the 2 that we had at that time, and she threatened to move and all that, and i just pretended that there were no problems, only to find myself right back in the same spot with another child. it sucks and it's hard on everyone, and i guess my main focus is that i was so unhappy married that i know it carried over into my relationship with my kids to some degree. i've been out for about 6 weeks, and much more relaxed, and when i do see the kids, it's seems like the time is alot better. my daughter is 2 like yours and yeah that makes it rough cause you really can't totally communicate with her. my only advice would be when you get to be with her, totally focus on her.

Sorry to hear about the rough times bro. I'm not in your situation although I have a lot of friends that are. One in particular has 3 kids as well and since the split, although very difficult in the beginning has worked out for the better now. I mean, it's not a good thing for kids to always be around parents that aren't happy and always fighting anyway. With the two of you split, your kid will be in a much better environment at both places. Remember, as sad as it seems you are in the majority as most couples don't survive this crazy world we live in today. Just hold your spirits up and like ride4sport says, cherish the time with your daughter every time you are with her.
