If your Android phone says Dangerously Low On Space it means it is running out of phone memory, not SD Card memory.
The only thing you can do is move apps to SD Card (not all apps can be moved to card) or get rid of the ones you dont use much.

 

Yes, this is my problem (sorry if I was unclear on that) I just can't figure out how to move them. Lol
