Default Android guys! Got a question

Anyone use the dyno master app or the speedview pro app?
How are they?
Do I need a phone with an accelerometer or does it use GPS? (or both)

Looking at getting a new phone and want to know what I need. Thanks!

Also,
dynomaster or trackmaster? Pros and cons of each?

I have used the speedview. It's pretty good. Just a couple mph off from tomtom. But the quarter mile time didn't seem right.0-60 was very close. Used this on the airplane yesterday and it held satalite signal to 462.2 mph the lost signal.

Since you mentioned it, I picked up the Dynomaster app this morning. Gave it a test run in the work truck today. I'll have to test it outside Center City. GPS is notoriously fluky there because of the buildings.

If / Once it loses GPS accuracy, the numbers are irrevocably skewed.
