Do not download a task killer kill your apps through your settings in applications taskmanagers can cause your phone to crash more often because of the way it disables your apps instead of closing them properly... moto droid x best ever

Power manager v1.6.2 along with a task killer should get you through the day. Turning off background data and location services when not in use helps a lot. All bets are off if you are using gps hot and heavy -- it sux the battery like a $3 ho ...

My battery life was terrible the first couple of days but after my battery was conditioned and i learned what to turn off that I don't need/use it does way better. You should check the android forums for tips. I learned enough to get me by reading over there.

chain, you vastly overpriced that ho.

I use google maps to navigate my work route + bluetooth for music while in route. Add in the occasional web surfing (every stop plus lunch) and I'm lucky to be at 15% at 3:30 pm. Couple games of Angry Birds and my Droid x is doing the battery for a quarter and a promise

Have a car charger. I leave it in my personal car so I don't forget it at work

Oh yeah, scary fact: Angry Birds is generating about $1,000,000 per month solely from ad revenue for the developers
