it also looks heavy

from what I read it's not really supposed to be much more powerful but have better power delivery

^Exactly. I don't think they are trying to say this is putting out a lot more power, just much smoother power delivery. Also, from the sounds of it they improved on the mid-range a decent amount. I'm not saying I would buy it, but I am pretty impressed with the work they did on the engine.
