Greetings fellow CBers,
I am trying to help a buddy that has just located a 1982 CB 900 in great shape but he can't get it started.
It has sat garaged for 3yrs. according to the owner.
We have checked for spark and it has plenty, cleaned and checked the gap on the plugs (.026),
checked the inline fuel filter and hose to the carbs,
made sure there was gas in the tank, but it won't start.
Can anyone give us some suggestions? we are not sure what else we can do aside from taking it to the shop.

 

try a ton of either or any kind of starting fluids thats wat i did to my bike wen i got it its a 93 cbr 900
