Cool Question

Hi I'm new to this forum, I have a cbr600fm 1991 and I need a new battery. As there are a few to choose from ie yuasa super mf lead acid and lithium ion to mention just 2 does anyone recommend a certain battery for this bike has anyone tried the lithium ion battery is it worth the extra money?

Any AGM battery would be a good bet. I would say no to lithium ion batteries unless you're racing and trying to save every ounce since they require a lot of maintenance

(and I have a lithium ion battery for my fighter. I used it in my bandit for a while, and it's a PITA to make sure it's hooked up and balanced every couple of days.... And they're a horrible idea if you're going to run a security system or aux power outlet).

Welcome to CBRF!
