Thanks For reply Al1040, I got it off ok, used 3foot steel pole over the breaker bar, got 2 people to sit on bike while holding front and back brake and in first gear also.
new afam chain and sprockets set now fitted all fitted, myself to save money ,didnt have rivet tool so used hammer and center punch, the afam master link
comes with center recess's so easy enough to splay, but will invest in a tool before next chain change.
