So bought this bike very cheap an have been slowly rebuilding it and am almost done but have one issue I just can't figure out the bike will cold start Everytime and run like a beast when I park it it will idle and run fine but when I shut it off it won't make a sound when I try and start it back up the fuel pump kicks on and I wait tell it's done starting then I push the button to start the bike and nothing and when I wait for it to cool down and go back out it fires right up.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Could it be vapor lock?

 

I'm unsure can't figure it out driving me crazy

 

I don't believe that's it thought because that would cause it to stall out it stays running tell I shut it off then will not start again an I mean it won't even turn over wondering if it may be the engine shut off relay or temp sensor cause as I understand both could shut down bike for safety fail safe ya know? Any other ideas?
