Having wiring issues need serious help!
I have a 2001 honda 929 erion, i recently started having tail light issues because someone rigged a converter into the tail lights. the connectors on the tail lights are broken,so we tried wiring direct with connectors, got the brake light to work, still no signals and now my headlight dont work? when the signal comes on the gauges blink and the headlight relay buzzes. any advice? i hate to purcahse a harness and thats not the issue, oh and im only getting 6 volts of power and its a brand new battery please help!

Factory or aftermarket turn signals? Or is it a coverter to make one brake light act as a turn signal?
Best thing to is start from scratch. Remove the converter and make sure you have 12vdc where it needs to be and good grounds on the proper wires. Once this is established then you can begin the task of adding the integrator or simply wiring it back up factory.
I do not have the schemtic in front of me so I cannot let you know what should be where.

Do your front signals work?
At the brake lights check the following wires.
What do you get for voltageusing the frame as ground? Key on engineoff
Tail lights Black/white=
With rear brake applied?
Tail lights Green/White=
The next two with the signals turned on (left/right)?
Turn signals Orange=
Turn Signals Blue=
Now check the green wires individually at all 4 places at your tail lights for a good continuity to ground. They all need to be less than 1.0 ohm.
Now check those same wires BEFORE the converter and post what you have.
