Hi im new to the site as well as a soon to be first time rider! I have a question I have a 92 camaro that is built and worth 2800-3500 and I have someone wanting to trade me for a 93 CBR600 F2 w/9000 miles on it completely stock your thoughts and opions??? Thanks

 

Thats a wide range of worth that your car is. Pick a single price for you car and go from there. If you think its just worth 2800 I would say that the F2 is still worth less than that. Honestly, I wouldnt buy a bike that old but if I had to, I wouldnt buy that bike for more than $1750.

 

Is this gonna be your only means of transportation? As a first time rider remember it sometimes rains ... and winter is a beeyatch As far as value, it really is hard to say from your description. It would have to be a real cherry F2 to be worth $3500 but not sayin it's impossible.

Good luck with your choice, but I think I would also try for a newer bike (but 9,000 miles is low for a 93)
