New to Honda's, new to the forum
Hi,
After months of messing around and looking for something to replace my manic yet addictive 1986 Yamaha FZ600 I gave into my heart and bought a nice clean one owner from new 1999 Honda Fireblade.
Although a few ponies down on the 07 CBR1000RR I have been riding its a shedful of cash cheaper, and still has lots of torque. I have only owned one other litrebike, perhaps the original and best, the venerable Suzuki GS1000E, which got blown up three times in the two years I owned it.
I still have my manic rev hungry XJR400R to give me a daily dose of clutch slipping away from traffic lights, but Im looking forward to going out with the group and not being flat out everywhere, worrying about keeping the revs just right for clean corner exits and living in the racing tuck just to keep things above 200kph.
Right, now I have to set up the suspension and read all the tips here...
Saludos,
CJ
