Default New guy(no kidding right)

New to forums, not so new to riding

Riding an 06 600rr with to many mods to list, and from KY.

Future plan for bike is to find factory stock fairings as the ones on it damage and scratch easily (yes i know their China special). Also to replace the bars as the ones on it are way to low and hit the fairings that cover the air tubes.(thumb killers is what i call the dang things).

Welcome to CBRF! As far as the bars go, you ever looked into replacing hours with another bike's bars(like an older 929 which has a pretty good rise)? They're 50mm forks, right?

I believe so. The bars are aftermarket and angle down more then factory 06 cbr bars. Its actually only an issue when trying to turn the bike sharp (like backing out of parking space).

I did luck up on a set of factory fairings today
I probably wont switch them until winter, but not sure yet.
