Default Need Carb help on my 89 CBR600F!

Whats up guys. I have a 89 CBR600f Hurricane. So my father finally gave me the bike and it's been sitting for 7 months. He said before he let it sit the seals on the carb started leaking everywhere. So first things first I took the carbs apart and changes all the orings and seals. I didn't tounch the Idle/mix screws or any of the throttle screws. Everything looks to be in sync on the carbs. I put the tank back on and made sure the petcock was on and all new fuel hoses and new fuel pump and fuel filter. Also put new Rubber boots on the carb to the motor. Everything seems good but go to start it and starts for 3 seconds and dies. Choke is open and closed and there is gas going through. There is gas in the bottom of the carb bowls. the gas is getting to the carbs but not to the spark plugs. I pulled one and they are dry. I ordered new plugs for the hell of it but can't seem to figure out what it could be. Anything would help me out thanks guys! Also new to the forum and loving it so far!

Could be sucking air in through the boots and not causing vacuum, make sure the carbs are on tight and boot clips tight too

Once you've tightened every thing up ,try again, if it doesn't start you'll have to take them off again you could have dirt in the jets

Anyone else have anything else to say or is that my best bet on what it is? I'm going to be working on it sunday and hopefully get it running again. Just finished sanding the tank and get it repainted
