Default My next project.
Hello CBRForum!! Just got a 1987 Hurricane 600. Will be a project for me and my 12 yr old son to get back on the road! Put a new battery in, cleaned carbs and now it purrs like a kitten, Son is putting on the rear sprocket so I can put new chain on tday. So far, this site has been a big help getting us started! Thanks!! All we need now is tires and plastics and we'll have a fun lil bike to play with! I just finished restoring a 1985 VMAX for myself so this one should be a breeze!

Sounds like lots of fun for you both. Maybe his first bike one day?
