Why not? My bike has been totaled, put back together. Then stolen and recovered, key switch hacked up by thief's. Then crashed again hard by myself, and I love it. Its the best bike I've ever had. rides perfectly straight at 80mph I can let go of the bars and she tracks true. Its not what the bikes been threw its how good the bike is, If everything checks out great with it, then you are good.

Other than that, congrats on getting the bike. Sounds like a good bike at a great price. I do however suggest getting into a msf course if you are new to riding.

I took the MSF a couple months ago, I just need to go to the DMV and take the written test to get my endorsement. Any idea if the written test is hard or just common sense questions? I really can't wait to get on this thing already haha
