I second the XR-1000/RF-1000, I got the Moor replica which i think is only available in europe. My KBC VR-1 is crap in every way compared to this one.

 

how much i value my head is my basis for choosing helemts. you can always get a cheaper helmet, however does it offer the same protection as the more expensive ones?

i use two helmets, an arai [rx7rr4] for day trips (with a tinted lens), suomy [gunwind] for night rides (with a clear lens)

 

i just picked up a exo400 matte black helmet and removed the fruity looking S from the top/front of it. i'm lovin it. i already slid out on some sand w/ the bike and the helmet has a couple scuffs but they're next to impossible to see at a glance because of the color of the helmet.

 

suomy and vemars are cool

 

i'm a big fan of shoei's i currently have two rf900's (one black, one silver)... awesome helmets!
