Brake Pad recommendation
Hi all,
I'm needing new brakes soon. (New lines have me brake happy)---(I just love getting to the stop line quicker than my friends and stopping with authority). Anyways, I'm pretty much done witht the Honda brakes I put on last year. I will be needing new pads soon, but the $90 pricetag (ouch). anyone have any suggestions for new pads?
Local dealer sells EBC for $35 per set. They say race or something like that, and their catalog lists only one part number for EBC F4i. I'm not sure if these are the ones I should go with. Should I look for another brand or get EBC online? What to do, what to do?

I've got Galfer lines. Good product, had an issue with customer service. They charged me for an in-warranty replacement. I think they called it handling charge. They also said they "waived" some other charge cause they didn't get the line out to me fast enough (Gee thanks).

thats wierd, i read about someone on here who bought some galfer lines on ebay and it didnt come with the hardware so they called up galfer and they sent him the hardware for free. i guess its just whether or not you get lucky. but unless someone convinces me otherwise, ill probably get galfer pads when i need to replace mine. oh, how much of a difference do your stainless lines make?

I'm MORE than happy with the lines. Just felt a bit jerked around when I called customer service. They got me all excited about replacing a line that I was expecting to pay for, then called me a couple days later and says, 'sorry we didn't send your lines yet, you owe us money.'
But I'm happy with the lines.
But I'm happy with the lines.
