Default getting past all the electronics

Hi all. Im about to pick up either a 2018 leftover CBR 1000RR base or an SP. Id love to talk to anyone riding these. Id also like to know how you go about getting past the limiters so I can wheelie and do burn outs. Im not looking to be a douche on the road, but I do like to find places to play around a bit. Can I smoke the back tire with these riding modes? Can I get the front up and ride it for distance? Thanks for any info you have. This will be my 4th bike, second 1000.... but been a few years since I rode and not familiar with all the new toys they come with.

The bike will pull the front wheel off the ground just fine without any mods.
