Forum and CBR noob!
Hi everyone - my name is Paul, aka Easytiger (don't ask, I have no idea either...
). Just joined up here as am a recent CBR owner - well, I say owner - I bought my new bike on Wednesday but haven't collected it yet! The dealer put a new MOT on the bike, but it has no road tax - no problem - but I'm still waiting for my insurance cover note to arrive so I can collect the bike, buy new tax and ride legally! Was supposed to collect it this morning but still waiting for cover note in the post, so have missed a beautiful day out in the sun on it!!!
Anyway, I've attached some pics of my bike, which I should now be collecting on Monday/Tuesday all being well....
Had my full license for just over a year; spent my first year on a '93 Yahama Diversion which was alright but not particularly exciting to ride or look at! Sold that in autumn last year and have been desperate to get back on a bike since. Saw my CBR in the dealers and fell in love... did a deal with the devil (finance) and here we are!
Anyway, hope to get to know you guys on the forum; assuming I'm ever in the house and on here again when I finally collect the new bike!
Cheers!

Congratulations, and welcome to the CBR family.
That's a dam nice one, too.
Hope everything gets squared away sooner rather than later so you can get back in the saddle. Waiting sucks when you're pumped up about riding.

Hello chaps, thanks for your replies to my thread. I'm still waiting on documentation to arrive from my insurer so still haven't taken delivery of the bike - it's torture! As soon as the docs turn up (which according to my insurer should be mid week) I can finally pick her up and take her for a blast!
I'll report back what I make of it when I do!
You guys have got some nice machinery going on as well, good work!
I'm glad I found this forum; it's CBR heaven! Thanks again for your warm welcome!
