you're right mmookey, actually the bike is about an hour from me, i searched Ebay but only bikes that were somewhat local to me, i dont do blind buying.
I'm going with a 2004 CBR 600RR with 2300 miles on it... black and silver paint. I will probably be picking it up early next week.

 

go with what u feel, askign people on here ur gonna get people saying 600 if ur a beginner or if ur experienced get the 1000. but if ur a noob go with the 600, im not a noob but im not an amateur(idk if theres anything in btwn) but i went with a 600 and love every bit of it. she has all the power i want for right now and u will either one either way, but if ur a rookie and u get the 1000 be careful with her or she will bite u if u get stupid with her. lol treat her like a real woman and she will take care of u i promise

 

good analogy devlzluv! im going with the 600, that will be plenty for me but i do apprecate everyone's .02 on this matter!

Glad you made your decision. Just because it's a 600 doesn't mean you don't have to show respect for the bike. No matter what you get, show it respect and take the time to get to know it and feel comfortable before you get too crazy!
