Default Debating about parting out my 97 F3

This summer I dumped my bike, minor damage but bent my fairing stay and broke the upper left fiberglass fairing in 2 pieces, I also think the lower triple is slightly bent. I just ordered an OEM chain and sprocket kit to get it back on the road. I bought the bike damaged originally as a project, the title is clean, it will never be perfect without many hours of labor and new parts, so that is frustrating.Only the upper fairings were fiberglass, the rest is OEM abs plastic and in good condition. The bike runs fine and the odo reads 23k. I originally wanted to do the F4i conversion thing, but priced it out and seemed pretty expensive for my budget. With school starting next week I wont have much time to work on it, and I need a way to get to and from because I am commuting. There is a 2002 F4i for sale locally for $4200 with new tires and such that seems like a better option.
Any interest in parts, suggestions, or motivation? I can provide pictures if needed.

It doesn't sound like it's too messed up at all. If I were you, I'd at least get it rideable again and then sell it. Otherwise sell me that front rim for $50

I will let you guys know if my attempts of repair fail and decide to part it all out, both requested items are OEM and in very good condition. Oh and I have brand new wave rotors on the front (I noticed your list). This is before the incident.

meh, what you listed isnt too much work, and you'll do more work parting it out.

You'd be better off fixing it and selling it fixed, if you are really hankering for an F4i.
