I have a 98 cbr600f3. My fule pump relay or plug went bad So I wired the fule pump up to my fuse box
I ran the negative to the negative on battery and the positive to a 25amp fuse in fuse box. Now bike rides fine. My fule pump cuts on and works automatically when key is turned on and when turned off it dont work. ( should I install a switch that'll allow me to cut the pump on and off ,?) Sometimes when I crank it the first time of the day I can hear it clicking after that I dont hear it clicking anymore when I try to crank it after the first time... also. After I go a high rate of speed 120'mph let's say and I slow down to a stop or something ,,,,,I can hear the pump clicking. So that why i'm wondering.if I should install a switch .
that way the pump won't cut on automatically when key is turned.,
