Default Please help! Trouble with fuel pump. . .

I bought a wrecked 2001 CBR 600 F4i. To run it needed a new wiring harness and switches. The first day I picked the bike up I tried starting it. When I turned the ignition on I could definitely hear the fuel pump turn on, but it wouldnt turn over because the fuse box was done for. I purchased another wiring harness and switches and installed them. Before putting the bike back together I triple checked to make sure everything was plugged in correctly and everything was. Now when I go to turn the bike on the fule pump does not turn on, but it will turn over. I have since torn it apart 3 times and even switched out the starter relays. All of the fuses are good. I have come to a couple conclusions. Either the pump is not getting power, the pump is done for, or the computer is done for. None of these conclusions seem plausable though seeing as to how the pump worked when I got the bike. ANY help would be awesome!
Thanks!
