CBR600 F4 Misfire

Greetings ! So I have a 1999 F4 and it developed a misfire on cyl #3 . I replaced all 4 coils (since I was right there and they all looked original) as well as the spark plug. Misfire is still present . I recently purchsed and swapped used ECU with mine to rule that out , misfire still present . Just looking for some advice. I plan on checking wiring and next on list is compression test. Misfire was only after it warmed up but it’s now misfiring from start up. I did get caught in a huge rain storm the night the misfire showed up . Thanks in advance

 

Perhaps it is a fuel delivery issue rather than spark.

 

Turns out it was another fouled spark plug , replaced the fouled one and it’s been fine since .
