Talking CBR Noob from UK here

Hi all

Great looking site and loads of info for us noobs to riding.

Only started on "bikes" a month ago. Had some "hairdryer" twisty n go scooters as a nipper but never gears. Been downhill mountainbiking for many years but too old now (37) and repair to slowly after offs (unschduled dismounts!).

Passed most of bits now (CBT, Theory test and Module 1) with final test Friday.

Saw this bike locally afer seeing many dogs over last few weeks - thought I'd start looking early (FZR's ZZR's and ZXR's which had been down the road) and bought straight away. Hopefully get first ride on her next Friday night.

She's totally original 1994 F2. I might put a nice screen on but nothing else.

Hope you all friendly in here......

Hope pics have uploaded ok ??

Jase

We are really friendly ;-) another j/k ..lol

Sorry, just playing ....

Welcome to CBRF!! :-)

Your F2 looks lovely and very original ... my second CBR600 was that exact bike in those colours, in fact on my F2 review I scanned the brochure pics for it that I got at the time :-)

Welcome to CBRF Jase! What's all this about 37 being too old?? You must want some of us to be hostile towards you! J/K

That F2 looks like a great find. I have a '92 F2 which is totally stock as well (exept for the slip-on) and love it too pieces. I'm sure you will love yours as well. Good luck on that first ride, take care, and enjoy the forums!

Cool review Jules - thanks loads of info in there.

Eweppley - 37 too old for Downhill mountain biking - Unless you have internal kevlar/Titanium bits!!
