Just wanted to say Hi, I new to the forum, I Just picked up a 2000 CBR 929 and it is a lot of fun..... Also have a 2002 HD Vrod and a 2005 HD Road King.... Happy riding....

Welcome to the Forum, man! The 929 is an awesome bike!

On the Harley thing.... I rode a brand new VRod Muscle last summer. Cool bike, man...
I must admit that it took a little getting used to, though. I must have banged the rev limiter 20 times in about 5miles... LOL..
Then there's the pegs. High and forward just doesn't compute when you're used to riding sportbikes....

Very cool bike, though. Seemed pretty dam fast..... and comfortable.

Hi and welcome to the forum, you will find ALOT of knowledgable people here. So welcome to the forum and enjoy your 929. Also get used to the question of wtf kind of bike is that. no one seems to know about the 929/954s
