Default Bought a 2001 CBR yesterday.. Need advice.

So I bought the bike under the impression that the Only thing wrong with the bike was the crank case cover on the same side as the clutch. Fixed that no problem when I got home. Filled her up with oil then went to start it and found out that all the ignition wires were clean cut. Don’t know if this guy was in bad with someone or just was hit wiring to start it or something, but anyways, I tried color coordinating the wires and touching to see if I could get anything and it lit up once but after that, nothing. Granted, I should’ve probably taken it to the shop Before I started jacking with it of all people, but I’ve been wanting a bike again for so long and was just eager to ride!! I didn’t blow any fuses that I saw, so I was wondering if it would come down to getting an new ignition, or a new wiring harness all together or something. Keep in mind my terminology and all may not be up to par I’m new here haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m in OKC so if anyone knows any good shops around here let me know!

I would probably suggest taking to a shop.
