Default 2001 600f4i; all new wiring?

I have a 2001 600 f4i that i recently purchased. When i purchased the bike i knew the rear signal lights did not work, and i knew that the bike had been set up for nitrous at one point. To my knowledge the nos had never been used. The nos was wired to the signal light switch so i assumed that it could be easily reversed and returned to normal. After breaking the bike down i know now that much more of the wiring has been messed with and mangled. Im no wiring expert and ive tried everything i know to do so ive decided to attempt at purchasing all new wiring and making everything factory. Is this possible? The only wiring harnesses i can find are labeled "main engine harness" but i would like to just replace it all and not have to worry about it anymore. Any ideas or advice?

i realize i should have inspected it further before buying it but it was my best bet considering my budget and want/need for another bike.

any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd be inclined to repair the one you have. The colours are all pretty obvious when you start.

Hi MK

I'm not much of a wiring guy myself but check this link. I'm guessing you'll find what you're looking for.

I agree with Rob, they're easy enough to repair, I sorted mine out when I removed the alarm on my Blade, just some solder and heat shrink and the repair will be permanent and the wiring loom as good as new, won't cost much either.
