Back in the saddle!
Hello everyone! New guy checking in. I haven't had a bike for a few years, but I just picked up a 2003 CBR 600RR with 4500 on the clock. I've really been enjoying riding again the past couple weeks and I'm looking forward to the warmer weather to put some miles on my new ride. I live and work in Dallas Tx. Anyway, I'm going for a little ride this evening, and I'll post up some pics later tonight.
Hello there MelloYellow, congrats on your new bike. With only 4500 miles on it, that thing's barely broken-in; probably still has that new bike smell to it, lol. Lots of helpful RR owners here.

Thanks everyone! It is a great feeling being back on two wheels. Its raining here today, so no sunday ride for me, but it does get me off the bike long enough to post up some pics!

A little more about the ride, 2003 CBR 600 RR. K&N airfilter, Power Commander, and Yosh RS-5 exhaust. 4500 miles (when I got her), almost 4800 now
, and a blast to ride! Thanks for looking and the warm welcome. Happy Easter everyone!

Beautiful bike. That thing's brand new. Just a couple of things though which you're probably aware of; the chain's going to need replacing and I'll bet it still has the original tires on it, making them 6 years old. Just something to consider before you start riding it hard
