I just bought my 94 f2 and am having issues accelerating after second gear. First and second are fine but once I shift into third it just won't go. So I'm roping out at about 80mph and can't even pass any one on the highway. Need help and I'm wondering if it's just an f2 thing or if I need to replace something.

 

An f2 thing? Ermmm, no. Something is wrong.


I take it that it's done it since you bought it? What's been done to the bike?

 

nothing has been done it that I know of. Carb and tank were professionally cleaned but other than that it's all stock. I figured it shouldn't have that issue but I'm new to the cbr life.
