Default about to buy my first sports bike. this a good deal?

I wrecked my v-rod last summer and instead of getting a new bike i bought a dodge magnum. now i have the urge to get back on 2 wheels,so i found a guy sellin his bike and i want it. just dont know if this is a good deal or not. here is what he said-
its an 1989 cbr 600f
Clean Title
-Runs Awesome (Runs better than my 2002 car)
-Rotella 15-40 Oil
-Fram Filter
-Daily driven
-No oil burn etc.
-Integrated Tail light
-Repsol Replica Fairings
-2006 CBR600RR body conversion
-D&D exhaust system
-Corbin Seat
-$17 a month full coverage insurance <--- Super cheap with good record
-Able to take on 3+ hour trips etc.
-Doesnt overheat or any of that BS
-Idles at 1500 RPM everytime
-Cold starts on first try
-These are actual pictures of the bike
-150 Continental in the rear and Pirelli in the front
Im loosing money selling this bike but im picking up a fuel injected R6 as soon as I get rid of this. I work a ton but its flexible so I can meetup with serious folks that want to see the CBR.
Including 5 qts of your choice oil (Royal Purple,Valvoline,Castrol, etc.) and brand new Fram oil filter and 3 oil drain plugs. All stock parts included from OEM 1989 fairings/headlight/taillight/rear hugger etc. ---Also have repsol front fender and stock one included.

1900 OBO --- Serious inquires please, nobody wants to waste their time.

heres the bike

Welcome to CBRF MagnumRT!

KBB values at $1,360. That value assumes excellent condition w/ avg mileage, orig equipment, in good running order. The seller is obviously adding to that price for the fairing conversion (be sure to inspect for secure mounting). You really need to know the maintenance history of the bike...other than what just the guy says. Does he have records? If you are not adept at inspecting motorcycles, take it to Honda service for a "pre-purchase inspection". You'll pay for it (about $85) but it will benefit the seller too. He'll get a free inspection & you'll find out what the bike's needs are - if any. You'll find out if the bike is good to go - in well maintained condition or not. Then, you can make a more informed decision as whether you want to buy it.

At $1,900, even w/ having both sets of fairings, that pricing is on the high side. However, it is a plus that he has (he says) all the orig parts. You could keep them for spares or resell them to recoup purchase cost or put the bike back to stock & sell the conversion fairings. What it really boils down to is whether or not you want the bike & what you're willing to pay.

Good luck.
