***HONDA CBR929 "IMMACULATE CONDITION"***

Seams like a really good deal. I think he would take $3500 for it so what do ya think, assuming the in person inspection goes well?

That sounds like a good deal to me... I would offer $3,000.. and work the middle... all they can say is $3,500. KBB is only $3,635 for excellent condition.

Looks like a great deal. I believe KBB prices are without all the goodies. So figure $500 for the damper, $300 for the PC III, $400 for the can, $180 for the levers. Seats add another $300. Plus whatever else has been done and the labor to install it all. Bring a buddy and a pocket full of cash and you'll ride home a very happy camper. Plus it has rim stripes!

it does have some nice add ons, that would cost you alot more if you negotiated a price without them on.
looks nice, its a good colour too.

Maybe NEW the add-ons are worth that much. Take that PC III off and you won't get $300 for it. KBB has prices for add-ons.... I think custom seats were worth $35. I laughed.

You wouldn't get that much for any of that stuff if you removed it and sold it. The new price is what you would have to pay if you were to buy a bone stock bike and add all of it yourself. Or spend a year and all your free time hunting parts on eBay. You couldn't buy a used stock seat for $35 let alone an aftermarket seat.
So did you get the bike yet?

LOL no, even though it is a stellar deal(whoa did we time warp back to the 80s), I am just now getting more hours at work and need to make sure I have a solid financial standing before laying out 3500 bux. Actually, if I wait a couple months, prices, in theory should fall as it gets colder.

At $3500 for that bike with all that stuff, it turns back in to $3500 cash even a year from now.

Trey, I guess anything is possible on the web. LOL. I think that I bought my front seat for less than $20 on eBay back in April.
