Hi have had this bike about 8 years and love it. Am in the uk and here we call it a super sport or jelly mould shape. I understand you guys call it a Hurricane? Is there any difference in our models or are they just the same bike different name??

Welcome John, same bikes different name but in three distinct models
depending on year of manufacture. MK 1, 2 & 3

Enjoy the Forum stop by the 1000F section and pop into the saloon and
say hello .... bring a few pics and a sense of humour .... always a few
laughs going around down there

Welcome to the forum, John! Yep, some of the first generation parts are getting a bit harder to find (and like you said.. pretty expensive). They only made the MK1 for 2 yrs. (87/88)

Definitely stop by the Hurricane section and say hi.

Thumbs up

Hello and Welcome to the Forum! Yeah like they said, stop by the 1000 Hurricane section. It doesn't hurt to bring a six pack too...
