Default 05 600RR battery dying, after battery and regulator replacement

As the title says.

Im the second owner of a 05' CBR600RR. I keep it on a tender when I'm not using it.

I replaced the battery and regulator, but my battery is still dying after a few hours. Because it's on a tender before I check, Resting is low 13V, when the bike is running it was high 13V and rising, which I'd think would mean the reg is operating correctly.

Now what do I check? I'm a newbie motorcycle mechanic, but I do car repairs and I'm an electrician. When do I throw in the towel and just take it to a mechanic?

Side question, I also saw green fluid in the bottom farring when I was replacing the reg, I believe it's radiator fluid (coolant?). Can I use traditional radiator stop leak in my bike or is there a special kind of is this another repair?

Don't use any stop-leak, find where the leak is and fix it properly -. the water passages on a bike are much smaller than a car an stop leak can easily block them up.

You should be getting over 14v at 3000rpm. Grab the service manual for the bike - it usually has a full electrical troubleshooting section.
