Default 03 f4i unstable rear sensation under hard acceleration

Hello all,
This may get a little lengthy, my apologies. I’ve owned a lot of dirt bikes but never a sport bike and 3 months ago I bought a wrecked 03 cbr from a friend for 600 doll hairs! and put it back together, which ALOT of help came from this forum as just a reader. Now as the title describes, I want to list what’s been repaired/replaced bc I’m at a loss now with how this feels. (Sketchy)

The bike was obviously dropped on both sides, maybe multiple accidents. Exhaust mid pipe was crushed, sub frame bent to the right (straitened back out with ratchet straps and a tree) stator cover rashed, brake pedal gone, plastics destroyed, neck bearings were stock ball and completely trashed, replaced with all ***** racing. Forks do not seem bent but had one hell of a time aligning the triple clamp after the bearing replacement new brake disc and pads all around. New pilot power front rear 38/psi f 35psi r gas tank completely rusted, cleaned re sealed and new pump/filter new front wheel bearings, 06 rear wheel from eBay, bearings seemed tight still. New used plastics etc EVERYTHING that was damaged has been replaced.

Now, sorry for all that, I’ve been back roading no problem, a few days ago I took it out on a major highway accelerated hard from 1st through second id say 10k rpm and the back end just felt loose! Like it swayed from side to side under my butt very quickly. Needless to say this did not feel very good nor make me confident. The chain tension is good, the axle alignment ? Seems strait other than the chain adjuster marks idk how you align this. I will say that the rear caliper bracket is bent and the pads wear funny, I didn’t replace bc the backs not as important as the front. Everything is torqued to spec. The rear shock Perch is set to the softest setting I’m waiting on a spanner wrench from Amazon. I’m a big guy 220 lbs. A lot more was replaced repaired but that was engine fuel air issues etc

Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated im balling on a budget and trying to avoid my local shop.
