Default Bad Bearing?

When I bought my bike last summer I noticed that sometimes it would be really hard to push, like someone had the brake on. I figured this was from it sitting from the previous owner who didnt ride it in a long time. It freed up once i started riding it regularly so i just forgot about it. When I pulled her out for the first ride of the season it did the same thing again. It feels like its coming from the rear wheel and I think the bearing might be going or that its just a little tight from sitting the past couple months.

Anyone ever have this problem?

If the chain is too tight this can happen. Also if the brake fluid's absorbed moisture this could happen maybe.

I know the chain slack is good. I will re-bleed the brakes and see if that changes anything. It's funny you should mention that becauseI noticed it felt tight right after I got on the brakes real hard.
